Community Style-LivingECM has 2-floors of community-style living (with up to 4-residents living on each floor). Both floors share a kitchen and a living room. Every resident has their own private bedroom and shares a bathroom with only one other resident. Staff offices are located on the central floor with a common area available for resident lounging or to rent for an event. This is a great option for students wanting to live close to campus or folks who want to be part of a larger community. We're really the full package. Contact us to learn more! |
Affordable
Affordability is a high priority for us.
Rent is $600/month (our breakdown is $450 rent and $150 for utilities). Rent includes all utilities and amenities. High speed Internet, water, and electricity are all included in this price. A reserved off-street parking spot per resident and 5 minute walking distance to the K-State Union. Year-long and flexible contracts are available.
Students are also eligible to apply for an internships and jobs available at ECM while they live with us. Learn more about our interns, here.

Programs & Events
Ready to make lifelong friends? Join our Friday vegan meals (called Real Food Lunch) from 12PM to 1:30PM during the school year. The meal is free to students! We have on-site gardening space available for interested residents and access to sustainability grants. This is this life!
