What is Real Food Lunch (RFL)?
RFL is a meal served every Friday from 12:00-1:30PM.
The food is prepared by students for students and it has been happening at ECM for over 10 years.
Started by two students who loved to cook, RFL has become the community gathering moment at ECM. Our meals include a moment for reflection, a community bulletin board time of sharing, and the perfect opportunity to connect with interesting folks from across the globe and eat the best food in town. (Seriously, it's that good.)
Meals are open to the larger Manhattan community with a suggested donation of $2/meal.
